1)  Employees after step 23 may earn a 2% pay increase for the following year by receiving an overall
rating of "Very Effective" on their annual evaluation.        
2)  For 2006-07 fiscal year - Bus Drivers will move to column E from D.  Bus Drivers will not make a lateral move
in the 2006-07 year.  Year of experience is determined by bus driver being placed for one year of experience 
as close to the 2005-06 row.          
3)  All paraprofessionals will be grandfathered in on the salary schedule.  All paraprofessionals must pass the
PRAXIS test to receive a wage increase.
